As a ministry worker here at Victory, we are looking for some feedback on how we honor our volunteers. We would like to get some feedback on Ministry Appreciation. In the past we have provided a meal along with small table prizes to our volunteers. The last few years we have transitioned from doing a meal to sending out tickets so that our volunteers would have an opportunity to win a gift. As we are working on getting things in place for this year's event, we would like to have some feedback from our Ministry Workers on whether they would like a meal provided or to continue with the tickets/prizes. We will be sending out information on this year's event the end of December/ early January. Thank you for serving!
